For us, the semi-basement has always been a real asset. We turned it into a mancave, a place to relax and entertain friends, although it could just as easily become a fantastic home office, studio or creative workspace. In summer, the terrace becomes a natural extension of the kitchen thanks to the large folding doors that open completely. Inviting friends over for drinks while the indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly merge remains one of our favourite things about living here. We are also looking forward to the planned redevelopment of the street, which will make the neighbourhood even more pleasant in the years to come.
