I will definitely miss the natural light. This apartment is always bright and airy, thanks to its height and large windows. And in that same vein: I never get tired of the unobstructed views. A view of the three towers and Hertoge domain from your terrace or living room — who can say that? The original features from the year of construction also completely won me over: the cement tiles in the kitchen, the Carrara marble in the hall, the beautiful oak block parquet, and the mint-green mosaic tiles in the bathroom and toilet… Finally, there’s the wonderful location: close to parks, De Singel, supermarkets, public transport, main access roads, a bakery, a pharmacy, and of course… restaurant Brusketta, my absolute number one favorite.
