This is the perfect house to fully enjoy and host people. We really like the openness and light in the house. And the patio and roof terrace, of course. Thanks to a thorough renovation, the house is perfectly move-in-ready. Our favourite spot is undoubtedly the kitchen, preferably with all the windows open. Standing behind the cooker here is blissful.

In addition, the neighbourhood is also lovely. Lots of young people live here, it really is a village in the city. You're close to everything. The Draakplaats with top places like Café des Arts, Bellini and Yalla Yalla is a two-minute walk away. The Dageraadplaats with all its hotspots is a stone's throw away and in 10 minutes you're at the Zuid. Another fun discovery when we moved here: our house is perfectly located for jogging in Te Boelaar Park or Wolvenberg.
